The Big Event Operations Staff will be in charge of job sites on the day of The Big Event. They will determine if the job is running smoothly, if more supplies are needed, provide lunch, etc. Operation Staff members are the main line of communication between job sites, participants/volunteers, and the Executive Committee for The Big Event. They meet regularly with group leaders and members and aid in recruitment.
