Resizing Image Instructions in Microsoft Paint

1. Open the picture in Microsoft Paint. Paint is probably under Start > All Programs > Accessories.
2. Once in Paint, click on the dotted square icon on the menu and put a box around the part of the picture you want (probably your head).
3. Then cut that section, create a new image, and paste it.
4. Check the size of your image under Image > Attributes. It has to be less than 200 by 200.
5. Next, go to Image > Stretch/Skew and just play with the Stretch numbers until it fits the dimensions the site says (make sure the percentages in horizontal and vertical are the same).
6. Finally save the image as a png, jpg, or gif.
