Meet the Members of the Consortium PAUL ROBERTSON, OGLALA LAKOTA COLLEGE Paul Robertson
teaches in the Humanities and Social Sciences Department at Oglala
Lakota College. His interest in service-learning grows out of his
organizing experience on social justice and environmental issues. Among
the classes he developed and teaches are Genocide and Colonization, Establishing Lakota Sovereignty, Decolonization and Liberation, and Participatory Action Research. His
publications include "Power of the Land, a study of colonization and
resistance on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation during the period from
1879-2001." His doctorate is in cultural anthropology. |
